Welcome to Leicester Forest Photographic Society (LFPS)
Whether you are new to photography, or want to extend your skills, you will find plenty to interest and stimulate you at Leicestershire's premier photographic club. We pride ourselves in having members of all abilities who benefit greatly from the wide range of activities we organise. We have a comprehensive programme of lectures and competitions together with a well-equipped studio group. We also organise members support evenings to help members improve their photographic techniques. Modern smartphones, tablets and compact cameras can now take high quality photos, so you do not need to have a camera with interchangeable lenses to join in and participate. Our programme of main club activities runs from September to May.

2024 to 2025 Programme
From 19th September 2024, come to meet us and see what we do at any Club Evening on a Thursday, starting at 7:30pm. New, prospective members may attend two events free of charge, to come and meet us and see what we do. We welcome everyone who may wish to join us. Go to Membership for details of membership, how to register and subscription fee.
